Return Process

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original boxes, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
